Children's opera on a Friday!

Hello all.

Just finished bouncing down my double X/Y location recording of the fab children's operettea, 'My Mother Told Me Not To Stare', by Martyn Harry, who invited me along to the South Street arts centre in Reading to record the touring cast's penultimate performance (on this run - though I am told plans are afoot to take the show overseas soon).

The opera itself is a darkly comic tale with a clever mix of live and pre-recorded material, with every member of the cast taking a turn in the limelight. Really not one to miss for unflappable youngsters (and, as the poster says, their grown ups!)
