Well, I'm back from Lisbon (beautiful city and very tolerant people!) and have been keeping busy ever since with various things. I've just finished doing some remote mixing for an old friends new band, the wonderfully monickered 'Victorian Whore Dogs' - it is nice to work on some heavy metal after a couple of years off! Barney, the band's singer, will be familiar to those of you who know Zero Cipher, or are regulars at some of Guildford, Woking, Portsmouth and London's rock clubs (he is a successful rock/metal nightclub DJ in his own right).
I'm doing some tracking for an Oxford band 'The Yarns' tomorrow. They've been picking up some good airplay from Auntie Beeb so I'm looking forward to getting them into the studio. Finally I'm trying to get on with some writing, and ploughing on with a publishing collaboration across the pond which has been great fun so far. More on that as and when.
Bye for now,
Duncan
